I loved everything in the hotel. It’s very clean and has a good atmosphere everywhere. You can easily tell that the manager and staff is very serious about to make the guest at home and make sure everything is perfect! The food at the restaurants are good quality and there is a huge variety. I love that the hotel has two a la carte restaurants you can try. All the staff at the hotel is very helpful and polite. The beach is so beautiful with no rocks or stones and the water is not to shallow. The hotel has a good gym with new equipments The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel is very strong.

The accommodation has a perfect location, is very clean and has lots of space. We felt very comfortable! For the others: you should stay in Ahmeds house :)

Ahmed was soooo nice ! He picked us up from the bus station, showed us around town, showed us the delicious Alibaba restaurant (one of our best meals in Egypt !!) and he brought us back to the bus station very early in the morning, a true gentleman !!!!! Very authentic experience !!!

So light , bright and modern. It’s lovely to see the palm trees through the shower glass ceiling. The bungalows are right on the beach. Sunrise on one side, sunset on the other. So remarkably peaceful. A private beach with no sales people allowed to bother you and a private pool for lodge users too. If you have kids, there is a larger pool and water slide further along the complex. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and is quiet and civilised and is located on the beach next to the diving centre where I learned to scuba dive. The staff here are always lovely, friendly and professional. It’s worth taking time to visit the spa where professionally trained staff offer a variety of treatments. Sit on your own little terrace, or at the restaurant and bar or on the beach. I keep returning here. I love it.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough – if you’re visiting Egypt, this is the perfect place to stay.

Family room was spacious and had everything we needed. The Beach and Aqua Park are fantastic and have lots of activities everyday. We also really enjoyed the food variety from all the restaurants available in the hotel. Will definitely be coming back!
