Great location, beautiful views, very nice swimming pool and beach - both super close. The host was very helpful and allowed us to stay a couple hours longer as well as drop our bags earlier/ during cleaning.

The location was excellent – it took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a 2.5-year-old toddler, which would be around 5 minutes for an adult. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a lovely view and a great position; it's in the shade for most of the day, with morning sun. The garage was a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about parking. The apartment is on the ground floor, while the pool is one level below. Despite that, it wasn’t noisy at all. Lola, the host, was very kind. Her English is basic but sufficient for communication. We mostly communicated via messages, and the key collection was simple, she waited for us at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped, with plenty of dishes and glasses. There’s also a dishwasher and a washing machine for laundry. The air conditioning worked very well, there's one unit in the living room and another in the bedroom, though they can’t be controlled separately.

Lovely small apartment in front of the sea. All clean and modern facilities. Sea view and location was amazing. Hosts were excellent and ensured everything was OK. Would recommend.

Accomodation absolutely recommended, perfect location for beach, nearby supermarket grocery store and fresh fish store. Kitchen has all you need to cook, plus washing and drying mashine included. Surroundings are calm, the apartment house has its own pool. The weather in Alicante also in October was pleasant, we were swimming in the sea and sunbathing most of the days. Victor is nice host and is very helpful. Close to tram station either to Alicante center or opposite direction to Villa Joyosa, Altea and other nice small towns near Alicante. Will be back

One of the best experiences in my life, the apart-hotel is located 50 meter from the beach, an excellent small sandy bay. The place can accommodate 5 people, but we were only three with the kid. All was super good and convenient inside, a nice coffee machine, and everything you may need. The hostess was super friendly and explained everything we would have had to know. A really big advantage of the place is that it is located on a restricted access territory, which was supernice, private and with a beautiful view to the sea. We liked it so much and really happy with our choice.
