Our stay at the Capitolo Riviera Hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the train station, making it a breeze to explore the stunning Riviera. The hotel itself is a modern gem, with sleek, beautifully designed architecture and impeccable landscaping that create a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. A special shoutout to Simone, who was an absolute star! He organized a boat charter for us, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—swimming in the crystal waters of Portofino and visiting the breathtaking sunken statue of Jesus of the Abyss was an unforgettable experience. The hotel also impressed us with their attention to detail, even ensuring our electric car was fully charged and ready to go. In an area where finding a high-quality hotel with exceptional service can be challenging, Capitolo Riviera is a true standout. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly, highly recommend this hidden gem.

The hospitality of the hostess Alma amazed us, they took care of us . Perfect cleanliness, price-quality ratio. the kitchen is full of household appliances, comfortable beds, pleasant little things for a comfortable stay. very close to the sea. If we're in Genoa we'll come back here

Breakfast was excellent, the host made sure we didn't miss anything. The apartment has all the facilities being located in a good area of the city, located close to the beach and not very far from Brignole train station and downtown.The bus stop is close to the apartment, as well as the shopping market. The host is very nice

The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy and located in a quieter part of Genoa. It is detailed and luxuriously furnished and has a private parking space. The heating was adequate. The host is kind, and for such a short stay he treated us with a bottle of wine. The apartment is highly recommended!

A nice palazzo in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful bedroom, nice modern bathroom, a little adjacent room with a daybed and a small fridge with a nice selection of drinks, a sensational combination of antiques furniture and modern comfort ... a library with Art books - all of this was only topped by Francesca's gourmet breakfast and her generous hosting. We will definitely come back whenever we go to Genua. Bus stop for a trip to the historic center of Genua conveniently around the corner. Last but not least the opportunity to have a safe parking place for a small extra fee.

I have been in this area often for the last 2 months. I have been in 5 other accommodations. This is a place where you feel at home, where you will want to come back., the apartment is in a great location, whether it is the sea, train, supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus. For me Excellent, the welcome by the owner is a rarity these days, he was always available, the owner thought of our breakfast, our morning coffee, milk, marmalades. Everything necessary for quick cooking, whether oil, spices... This is not seen in this area. This apartment was fragrant, clean. There was really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it to every traveler.
