This hotel offers a very pleasant stay in a perfect location. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was also very good. The view from the room overlooking the lake was truly fantastic and added a special touch to the experience. Tip: make sure to use the Grifo parking!

Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff very welcoming, helpful and obviously very passionate about the property and indeed Bardolino itself. Rooms are very clean and fresh, breakfast is lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended! :)

The staff were brilliant especially Danyella, he made us feel so welcome and was so helpful. The room the the bathrooms the shower rooms everything was beautiful. The scrambled eggs in the morning were to die for.

The apartment was amazing, very modern, like new, very comfy bed, cleaned every day, new towels every day. Welcome wine was a great surprise. View from the balcony on the street but we were aware and it wasn’t an issue.
