The property is simply mesmerizing! The location is ABSOLUTELY perfect, they offer private guaranteed parking outside of city walls (and outside of the mass public parkings), the common places are in impecable condition, massive wooden door, new and chic interior design, view that is to die for, and a service that is second to none. I stumbled upon the property by chance, just looking for a stopover during an eurotrip, and now, I am plotting how to return back for a week or more. It is simply. that. good.

The support and flexibility of the staff with our personal situation was amazing, i have never been treated so well by a accomodation. My mother got sick and we had to change our reservation several times untill the last minute. Fossalta was super helpful and thats why we didnt had to worry about other things then our private situation. All facilities were wonderful too and the location is offcourse amazing, with a view on the lake.

I enjoyed my stay there, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked perfectly. The staff was very polite, thanks a lot to the nightguad that helped us take in the accomodation after midnight. I wish the weather had been warm to have used all the facilities there: the beach and the pool. I hope to come again and visit these place.

It is in a very nice location in the heart of the old town. Very nice rich breakfast overlooking the river. the room with a view of the river woke you up pleasantly. I would choose it again, I highly recommend it

Great ,clean appartement with wonderfull pool. Everything very clean and nice. Host helpful at every moment. You have all essentieel things for a daily life.we were happy also having a washing machine ,only be careful close the inside door before starting the loundary 😉 We did enjoy our stay there. Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff very welcoming, helpful and obviously very passionate about the property and indeed Bardolino itself. Rooms are very clean and fresh, breakfast is lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommended! :)
