Nicest place we stayed in Sri Lanka. After many nights with a family all in one room in was so nice to have some space and just look out at the amazing view! Use of the pool was also lovely. Shanuka popped round on the first night to help us with ideas for our visit and has been a great host.

This iconic and colonial-style hotel, built in 1864, boasts a spa and a saltwater pool with sun loungers that faces the vast Indian Ocean.

The breakfast and the setting were quite excellent. The staff were quite hospitable and friendly. The colonial internal deco made the atmosphere very exciting. Enjoyed the sunset view behind the hotel.

Marine Bay Colombo is situated on the beachfront in Colombo, a few steps from Bambalapitiya Beach and 400 metres from Bambalapitiya Railway Station.

Had a really nice stay Great value for starters, but also staff helped with anything we needed and room was really nice and comfortable. Location is good as it's better value than many places which were only slightly norther, but there was enough restaurants and grocers around the area and super easy to get a pick me or uber to sites Will definitely stay again if in Colombo

They organized an airport shuttle for me at 3am and my rooms was ready for when I arrived ! Super nice staff ! Great for solo traveler! The location is perfect, the area is super safe and on the main road to go anywhere super fast. Would recommend :)
