Ayana Beach Boutique met my expectation of cleanliness and comfort from the room to the beach. I brought my own food as I have dietary restrictions and also my herbal medicines. The room didn’t have fridge but they let me put my things in their fridge. They brought to my room and reminded me of my medicine so I can take it on time. They also offered a plate and cutlery for my food. They’ve been nice, polite and very helpful in so many ways. The place is quiet and so serene that you can totally relax and disconnect on a budget. Beautiful view of the sunset and the sea, lovely sound of the waves and fresh air…I will definitely go back when I get the chance.

Location is perfect. Close to the airport and the host was very helpful. He waited and picked me from Colombo airport around midnight. Room was clean and Breakfast was amazing. Lot of fruits and tea with srilankan Breakfast.

This property is literally located on the beach. The minute you step out u face is the sea. You can hear the waves 🌊 sounds even if u are in room it’s so soothing. I would like to come again and stay just for the location. Getting up in the morning lazily walking around the beach, what else u need. Great communication from host before stay and during. Effortless check-in. Very comfortable high floor apartment lacking nothing. Solid WiFi and Netflix. Balcony with lovely sea view. Amazing value for money and just a perfect base ideal for a longer stay. Great pool on the roof large and clean. Close to some good restaurants. Had a great stay, easy to recommend.
