Room was amazing. Comfortable beds, light switchers in visible places. Room and all hotel are authentical so I liked it so much. Beach is amazing. Nice view, clean, not busy, a lot of sunloungers. Breakfast was very good. I liked omelette with ham and cheese or omelette with bacon and vegetables. Coffee, orange juice great. Bowl of fruits so tasty.

Quiet and peaceful paradise! The villa is gorgeous and so are the rooms - luxury for Mexico indeed (e.g. hot water with strong pressure, nice interieur). We felt right at home. It was also great that the guests can use the big and well equipped kitchen (I didn’t see it in the description, so it might be good to know in advance). in our opinion, there are more/ better restaurants at the other part of the island/ in the centre and even so you can walk along the beach in general, you might need a taxi in the evening. As there is no breakfast included we would recommend buying a few things in advance at the supermarket / market for fruits which is in the centre (good and cheap). Check out the beach clubs Mazura and Corolinda! As the villa is directly at the beach the view is amazing. We had a lot of seagrass (Check the best travel-time in terms of seagrass), but from the terrace the view was still nice and the smell not too bad (as at other places we passed). There are also a lot of mosquitos on that part of the island. The nicest thing was the team in the villa! Everybody was sooo friendly, offering coffee in the morning and just being there for us. It is also possible getting your laundry done for small money. There is a hotel next to the villa: „Nomade“. The food was too expensive for the equality, but the restaurant is very lovely and special and they offer nice sessions like Yoga, Sound Healing, which you can join and pay 20 or 25 US dollars. We would definitely stay there again (in fact, we even stayed one night longer than planned).

Perfect days at Villas Caracol - 10/10! Everything was incredible during our stay, from the reception with a delicious welcome cocktail, the receptionist who welcomed us and guided us to our room, the attention to the details giving us a little treat every night, to the service of the restaurant staff, Miguel and Franco were always very attentive, the entire team was excellent, the cleanliness, the facilities, the amenities, everything was impeccable! at the beach, which was like a private one - hardly any people there and super clean beach exceptional view at the sea bit further away from the center (~800m walk) which was so great to avoid masses. the janitor, Goyo, was an exceptional nice man! always smiling, singing and helping with any needs and made us feel very welcome! very responsive reception and always trying to help. We had a problem with the whale shark booking and after one hour they figured everything out so that we weren’t charged any extra fees! very customer friendly!

Everything! I am used to travel over the world and here, you really live an experience. The staff is at your disposal all the time. The beach club is amazing in terms of decoration but not only! The cocktails are perfectly served and well balanced. The food is delicious. The rooms are well decorated in bohemian-chic style. I had the duplex number 25…. Looks even better than the pictures. Don’t miss the rooftop with the pool sea view, little tip-) It was only the 2 of us. If you are searching for the best hotel by far in Holbox, don’t look for it anymore, you already found it.
