This place is heaven, I didn’t want to leave! The staff are incredible and made me feel so comfortable. The grounds themselves are stunning, my room was so comfortable, air conditioning works so well, cocktails by the beach were divine.

We had an awesome stay there for our honeymoon. Hotel is clean, and very beautiful in the middle of the forest! Great for relaxing and disconnecting. The highlight is the service: Arturo, Jorge, and all other employees are VERY responsive and super kind, they should be very well rewarded for their exceptional work! Food is insanely good, 10/10. We loved it from the beginning, and would definitely come back! Gracias por todo!

The whole property was amazing and inside the jungle. It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

My favourite hostel in Mexico and one of the bests I've ever been! The place is stunning, with a mix of modern and vintage design and a beautiful garden. A lot of amenitis are free: towel, shampoo and shower gel even bicycles to borrow! (Although some of them a bit rusty) and their free breakfast is awesome,probably better than a lot of cafè. All that said, the real plus of the place is the outstanding staff, especially Alejandra, Isac and Fernando were super sweet, went above and beyond their tasks; even invite me at the beach with them and drive me to the bus stop. Can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality

The room was beautiful and clean. Pool outside was so relaxing and it was great to have a pool on the roof. In a good location near main town but still quiet at night with a comfy bed.

Everything is really perfect, but the staff - above and beyond!!! Such hospitality is not so often, actually the best experience we had so far (and we are travelling a lot). We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.

the best place I’ve been in tulum pueblo. booked the private room with bathroom which was spacious, fresh and very comfortable bed. communal areas such as kitchen and swimming pool are well maintained and gray to chill and cook. close to AKI supermarket and colectivos to go to the beach area. the bar has great atmosphere Tomas and other staff members are really lovely and professional. the place is quiet at night not a party hostel but keeps the hostel vibe making easy to connect with other guests staying here.
