The whole property was amazing and inside the jungle. It is surrounded by iguanas, exotic birds and a great variety of plants and flowers. The cenote and the river that exists inside the hotel makes the scenery even more beautiful. There are bicycles that you can use for free in order to move from one place to another, since the hotel resort is huge. In the reception, Michelle is a valuable asset for the hotel, since she is willing to help you for any requests and make your stay unforgettable. A really must do, is the excursions that Gonzalo operates in the hotel. He is so amazing and this guy really loves his job so much!! The river experience is definitely worth it and all these faculties are for free. The cleaning of the room was done 2 times per day and it was the most incredible clean room that we have ever stayed. The type of room was a hacienda with high ceiling where you could enjoy silence and the sounds of the jungle. The hotel, arranged us a surprise in our room for our wedding anniversary with a very romantic decor and a champagne. That was really the best way to start our stay.

Los ARRECIFES was a great place to stay for our group of friends who were visiting Tulum for the first time. You can find all the best there, parties, beach clubs and relaxation within walking distance. The street is very busy, especially in the evening, so to avoid traffic jams we sometimes walked along the beach. Cycling was also great, so get a bike :) The staff was always top notch, the room was spotlessly clean and was kept fresh for us, despite the humidity. At night you can hear loud music from the beach clubs (on weekends till 2 am) but for us it was great fun and part of the experience. We slept like babies anyway.

Absolutely amazing hotel, we had unforgettable birthday stay here! Nothing to complain about. Staff superfriendly and helpul. Huge and clean room, great bed and silent to sleep. We had a great stay! The property and apartment are beautiful, and our kids really enjoyed both pools. The public beach in Akumal is just a short drive away – overall, the apartment is perfect for guests with a car. Without one, it might be a bit less convenient. All in all, a wonderful stay – likely not our last!
