We felt right at home when we arrived! We made a booking on short notice and Glen even waited a little longer for us to arrive to do the check-in - even if self check-in would have been possible, too. Glen is awesome!! He warmly welcomed us and took the time to give us recommendations and tips. We liked it so much that we actually stayed a night longer than anticipated!! Don't just drop by for one night, it is really worth it to stay at least two nights. The cottages feel super private and are really unique, having reused parts from an old church. They have shovels and extra towels for the hot water beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean, had everything you could ever need for your stay and on top of that, the owners were amazing people. They welcomed us on our first day and were always available to help if needed. Location is prime, very very short walk to Hahei Beach. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you 😊

All is perfect. How great it was! It was much more than I expected. Rooms were wide clean, all facilities were very convenient such as laundry and washing machines. Especially, good for cooking. Furthermore, the bathroom was good, the bedrooms were cozy and outdoor view was fantastic. The most of all, the fee was very appropriate and reasonable. We were so sorry not to have time to enjoy all kinds of activities such as kayak, yacht etc which were provided by accommodation because of having been late. All were well equipped eventhogh we didn't have opportunity to use them. I strongly recommend house.

Very accommodating (got up at sparrow’s to cook us breakfast for an early departure on the next leg of our journey); served on plush deck with oveanview. Exceptional amenities: 2 beautiful adjacent gardens for guests, huge comfortable stylish bedroom, ample space, fridge/drawers/cupbrds stocked with free wine, tea/coffee, snacks, (bathroom drawer offered every item imaginable from razors to very personal toiletries; every need under the sun provided for. Secure premises & parking. Water’s Edge worth every cent! Incomparable on every level. We refuse to stay anywhere else!

Had a very warm welcome and some suggestions where to have dinner. Jocelyn and Murray were super friendly and the room was very nice with the opportunity to have breakfast (or generally sit) "outside". Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very nice breakfast. We couldn't wish for anything more. Overall they put a lot of noticeable effort into it - high quality towels in the bathroom (ones you would buy for yourself at home), local honey/marmelade for breakfast, nice soap, etc. We loved it here and would definitely recommend staying here!
