The staff are the best part. Other resorts I've been too the staff are polite and helpful. But here they are extra attentive and truly friendly. Not only did the staff from crimzone the kids play area make the effort to learn my son's name and greet him wherever they met him in the resort. But other staff at the breakfast restaurants and elsewhere did the same. It was the first time that I felt I needed to say goodbye to individual staff members and truly thank them for the great experience they gave us before we left. I especially want to call out crimzone play area staff like Mihl, Pat, and others that made my son's and others kids have an extra special time. Beyond the great staff the food is also well done. Breakfast was also a delight and Enye was our favorite restaurant for dinner. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained with beautiful tropical plants wherever you go. Nice to walk around to absorb the atmosphere.

The grounds were good, the room was good, the food was great. There was enough variety in the food and things to do. The balcony and view was good. And the room was quiet.
