We had an amazing stay. The hotel’s beautiful, clean, efficient. We had the irina prestige 7-course dinner on our last night’s stay, which was delicious. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staf, big room with big bathroom. Everything was clean and everyvhere it smels so good!!! Beutiful clean beach and swimming pool. It was more beutiful then on photos! Totaly paradise!! I hope i come back. In hotel is possible rent a scooter for 250 thb/day. It is great! Staff all The time clean everithing. I realy love this place ať first moment.

the Location was just perfect for me! On the "quiet side" of Samui but nevertheless with all comodities around the hotel ! Breakfast very good although stated "just" continental included but it was more than that ... with additional local dishes , just eggs extra ... but that was no problem for me!

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

I cannot rate this hostel highly enough! It is simply the BEST in Koh Samui. The staff, Wan & Piak, went above and beyond everyday during our stay, from helping us finding a rental scooter place, to asking how our day was, and overall just being such lovely helpful people, they definitely made our stay feel like home ( the fluffy blankets were a bonus too!!). All of the facilities were cleaned every single day, the rooms smelt amazing, and the location itself was very good! We felt so sad to leave here- we absolutely loved it, and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Samui! ❤️
