The location was perfect for what we needed. We were walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. We only used our car to visit the penguin parade. The sunsets were so beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather which made our stay even more magical. It was a well spend $500 a day for the five of us. During daytime there were lots of people around which contributed to the holiday feeling. By night time all the cars were gone and it was very quiet. If we visit Melbourne again we will definitely try to come and stay in apart 1. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Richard learns everyone’s name - a lovely touch. This place is rated very highly for good reason. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to return.
