Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

Its peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy my stay here for relaxation. Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. El loola Adventure Resort se encuentra en la costa de Bintan, junto a una localidad junto al mar. El complejo cuenta con una zona de playa privada e instalaciones para practicar deportes acuáticos. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Great selection and friendly staff, especially big shout out to Sonia in reception and Indra in the bar they contributed to make my stay very special.
