Comfy beds, sweet, friendly hosts/workers who were very accommodating, the huts are very cool looking (hammocks). It’s amazing they’re really in the jungle but still nearby where you wanna be. A good price for what you get. Washrooms are nice and clean. Everyone hangs out in the main shared area (restaurant area) and plays guitar and plays cards in the evening (but not too late, quiet hours are respected). During the rainy season, you can swim in the pools of the waterfall that is literally one second away from the lodge.

Best place to stay in Bukit Lawang!! Beautiful location right on the river, surrounded by nature and beautiful views, a retreat from the busy-ness of town. It is only a short motorbike ride into town, and you can walk ~10 mins to get to an alfamart/indomaret. I did 2 days jungle trekking with Andi who was a great guide. We saw lots of orangutans and other wildlife, and he shared a lot of great information about the jungle. I went with a group and he was very attentive with the guests and everyone's different needs and comfort levels with the hiking. Dika, Dedek, and the rest of the family were so friendly and happy to answer any questions or help with anything, and make an amazing breakfast which is included. Andi arranged a car to and from the airport. Wifi was functional most of the time, which was helpful because I spent a lot of time working remotely in the restaurant. Bed in my room was very firm and comfortable, which is important to note because some different guesthouses where I've stayed have had very squishy, sinking beds. Bathroom has good showerhead water pressure, a western style toilet, and bidet. They provide toilet paper if needed. Towels also provided. Screens on windows prevent mosquitos from getting inside, and there is a fan inside the room for when it gets hot. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and a family business that makes you feel like family. Highly recommend!

Santi Garden Bungalows está en Iboih, a 2 min a pie de Playa Iboih, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, zona de playa privada y terraza. Familia encantadora y atentos a que no te falte de nada, además Santi habla un poco de español. El bungalow está en medio de la vegetación con una terraza con vistas, me dieron una habitación con AA y una pequeña nevera.. A 2 min está el café Oh La La y un embarcadero donde puedes tomar el sol y hacer snorkel.

SeaGate Bungalows dispone de jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Sabang. Hay baño termal y servicio de alquiler de coches. La habitación era muy limpio, cómodo y simplemente idílico. Además tenía una ducha medio-fuera de lluvia muy agradable. Borja y Yuyun son muy amables y atentos! Además de darnos un montón de tips para cosas que hacer en la isla nos consiguieron un pastel para celebrar el cumpleaños que hizo nuestra estancia una verdadera pasada! Gracias!!

Orangutan Bungalow está en Bukit Lawang y dispone de vistas a la montaña, bicicletas gratis, jardín, terraza, restaurante y zona de barbacoa. Hay wifi gratis. La atención del personal, la ubicación excepcional literalmente al lado de la entrada del parque nacional, además organizamos con el hotel la excursión de 1 noche en la selva y fue una experiencia inolvidable más allá de todos los orangutanes y animales que logramos ver nuestros guias fueron increibles e hicieron de nuestra experiencia algo unico.

Sahnan Guest House está en Bukit Lawang y tiene jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. El alojamiento dispone de recepción 24 horas y servicio de organización de tours. El sitio es precioso, habitacion amplia, comoda, con aire acondicionado. Desayuno bueno. Ellos se encargan de todo, desde los transportes hasta la excursion al parque.

Green Travelodge Bukit Lawang está en Bukit Lawang y ofrece alojamiento con zona de estar. Hay wifi gratis y se ofrece parking privado por un suplemento. Amazing place, the location is superb in the centre of the picturesque village Bukit Lawang and next to the river! The staff is absolutely amazing, and the food wow.. Furthermore we did the 3 days/2night jungle trek with Andy and Jerry, which was absolutely incredible. The tour was full of insights on the local flora and fauna, accompanied by well organised base camps and great food. We can do nothing but recommend this place! Looking forward to being back, Lara and Stijn!

Kokos Hostel Padang City dispone de piscina al aire libre, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza en Padang. El alojamiento ofrece bar y se encuentra a 2 km de Playa Samudra. The staff was amazing, especially Git! The facilities are clean, the room (4 people dorm) was adequate, and the bed comfy. The rooftop is quite nice to hang out.
