It was simply paradise! The overeater bungalow was insane! It was massive and it was lovely to have our own space to unwind and relax with our private pool. The staff, from the buggy carts to reception were outstanding! Forever bending over backwards to ensure our stay was outstanding! The cleaner, whom came twice a day to our bungalow made us a beautiful welcome package for our honeymoon it really made our day! Special shout outs to Maujood, Soban and Aalif in the restaurant! They looked after us so well each evening making sure we were stocked with drinks and ice cream, from showing us new foods to try! (Which were amazing!) And giving us fish food to feed the fish and sharks! Maujood made us a table art on our final night, it made me emotional as did not want to leave! Elton in the bar, he was amazing when my partner was sunburnt (giving us yoghurt to smother him in) it worked a treat! Nothing was ever too much or a chore for all the restaurant and bar staff, we felt like royalty. The watersports and diving team were great! We went on the whale shark tour and talk, ilga made sure we were to meet the whale shark by allowing us an extra half hour... Where we then swam with it three times! It was exceptional! The watersports team were great at teaching and guiding us to paddle board and kayak! We went snorkelling (which the resort supply for free!) and all the staff shown us which areas were best. The island has Soo much to offer with the coral reefs and wildlife, we seen a range of fish, swam with black tip sharks, seen nurse sharks... The list could go on! Food was amazing, never struggled for anything to eat! Everything was Soo tasty and fresh. So unless you are extremely fussy (a chicken nugget and chips type person!) you won't ever go hungry.

The space is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts are some of the kindest, most caring people I've met, always going out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The boat excursions were the best activities we had, we saw dolphins, whaleshark, turtles, manta rays, recif sharks and amazing coloured fishes. This island is amazing, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Facing the seafront, Ostrov Beach offers 3-star accommodation in Ukulhas and has a private beach area and garden. This recently renovated guest house features a building dating back to 2023, which is 60 metres from the Ukulhas Beach. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was one of the larger buffets we seen while here in the Maldives. The private beach is great with shade and a cool breeze to hang out at.

Noory, Longhi, and Shuvo made our stay unforgettable. 1. Facility - this is a very cozy and we'll furnished place, with everything you need (breakfast, fresh water every day, beach towels...) Longhi even prepared breakfast to go at 6:00 in the morning on our last day, and Shuvo took great care of our room and provided fresh water and tea everyday. 2. Location and transfer - the place is really close to the harbor, main street of the island with all the shops and restaurants. The hosts offer assistance with the transfer to and from the hotel to the speedboat. 3. Beach - the hotel is not far from the bikini beach on the island, around 15 min walk, which is a nice stroll on the seaside where you can spot baby sharks or other wildlife. 4. Communication and overall interaction - the staff is very responsive and takes into consideration your requests. I asked the hosts to help me organise a small birthday surprise for my girlfriend, and they made it unforgettable. They organized a cake, balloons, and even gave us an upgrade for free for the first days to enjoy the view of the ocean from the room. My girlfriend and I really appreciated the gesture. -Moreover, on our way back to Male on the speedboat, the sea was rough and we had to come back halfway to another island. We were really lucky that Noory was on the boat with us and he instantly started helping us on finding alternative ways to get to the airport as our flight was in the evening and we were not sure if the speedboat would make it to Male. While waiting for the other transfer speedboat, Noory was always keeping us informed about the situation and made us feel safer. Huge thanks for this 🙏🏻 5. Conclusion - if you're looking for a place to stay in Dhigurah, don't think twice. Thoddoo Beach is 300 metres from the hotel. The property is nested in pristine jungle a bit further away from the busy streets and closer to the beach area. There’s a bit of construction happening outside, which does not interfere with you having a great time. The hotel is being run by a highly friendly hospitable family with all the members taking part in looking after you - they are cooking, cleaning, showing you round the island, arranging tours for you, speed boats if you want to explore other places, everyone speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. There is a no plastic policy in the hotel, which also makes it environmentally friendly. Tea, coffee and breakfast are available in a comfortable lobby area. You can also rent bikes (including bikes with child seats). The staff are very friendly with the kids as well, i could even sometimes leave my son with them while working, which was extremely convenient. The wifi connection allowed me to hold multiple zoom sessions. All in all, i highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to explore this beautiful welcoming island!

I loved the actual facilities at the guesthouse - everything was very modern and new - the leadership team at the guesthouse was dynamic and attentive to guest needs. I appreciated their willingness to acvospecial requests. The accommodation was very clean and had thoughtful details. Breakfast was good and I liked the availability of drinking water and the bikes which made life om the island much easier. The bed was very comfortable and the air con efficient and quiet. I also appreciated that the guide from the guesthouse helped me get the most out of the whaleshark snorkeling tour by taking my hand and making sure I didn't get lost and saw the whaleshark.
