Huge kitchen diner, large bedroom and wrap around balcony. The views of the sea in one direction and the forest and lagoon in the other were superb. Views of the stars at night and many species of birds at dawn. Great breakfasts, fun staff and El Cuyo is a gem of a place (good restaurants, looong beach)

The hotel is really clean (I consider myself quite demanding in this regard). The kitchen was well equipped. Just keep in mind that the local shops are not that well supplied, so better arrive with some essentials if you want to cook. The hotel is not directly at the beach, but I think it is really not necessary since it is super close anyway. This is a super calm spot that is a little remote. So yes there might be some power outages (we had 2 during our 5 days stay for 1-2 hours), but no problem at all. The garden chill zone is great.
