The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is nice and helpful. We arrived before the check in time and they found us a room anyway even if we have to wait one hour for that. The breakfast is excellent and the food in general is great (we tried the Peridot buffet and the bar on the beach). The beach is awsome and very quite. The beds comfortable. The room was awsome and big and they have an espresso machine (with Illy coffee! Very appreciated from us italian people!).

The best sunset view in Muscat! This hotel is a gem, great pool, good food (with friday’s a sea food buffet I’ve never experienced the likes of it in another hotel!), comfortable rooms, but best of all : fantastic personnel! They upgraded us twice (we stayed here at the beginning and at the end of our holidays), our last day they arranged a room free of charge for a late check out at 6pm! Special thanks to Najiya, you helped made our stay exceptionnal! Don’t hesitate and book this hotel, you won’t be dissapointed!

Our stay at the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort was exceptionally memorable. We visited as a couple seeking a warm pre-Christmas escape, and the weather was simply perfect for relaxation. The standout feature of this hotel is its attentive staff, anticipating every need often before it is even expressed. At the pool and beach—which are stunning, with crystal-clear seawater—guests are treated to complimentary mocktails, smoothies, lemonades, and fruit skewers every other hour. Sunbeds and umbrellas are meticulously reset multiple times throughout the day to ensure optimal comfort. A noteworthy experience involved the staff's compassionate response when my partner fell ill. Without hesitation, they provided comforting ginger-lemon-honey drinks, respecting our preference for natural remedies, and were consistently attentive throughout his recovery. On my solo visit to the mosque, the hotel ensured my safety with a complimentary driver and checked that I had an abaya. Their attention to detail was exemplary, even extending to minor clothing repairs. This is still not everything. We must particularly highlight two extraordinary members of the recreation staff at the pools, Elyas and his manager, Mr. Kinya Collins. They became friends during our stay, impressing us with their incredible ability to anticipate our needs and bring laughter and joy. If there were masterclasses in hospitality, they should be the ones teaching them. Their positivity, resourcefulness, and kindness, all delivered with unique personal flair, are unmatched and undoubtedly come from the heart. Both excel in their profession and are exceptional human beings. Their teamwork and genuine enjoyment in their roles left us wishing we could adequately repay the exceptional experience they provided. There are many high-end hotels but very few with a soul and this is thanks to them. Immense gratitude and kudos to the entire St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat team for an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely everything! Rooms are amazing, the lobby and restaurants are great and the pool area is nice and comfy.
