From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, and the service reflects their motto "Whatever, Whenever" perfectly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip was when our boys went big-game fishing (arranged separately) and caught some fish. To our delight, the hotel went above and beyond by preparing the fish for our dinner, even though we know this isn’t something they usually offer. This gesture made the experience feel extra special. We were blown away by the effort and creativity of the chefs, especially Ambed and Emanuel (Manu), who prepared the fish in several different dishes. Every bite was a masterpiece, and our taste buds were thrilled! Chef Ambed made our last two nights unforgettable, and it was such a pleasure to get to know him. His kindness, talent, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.

During our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Muscat, we were thoroughly impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with professionalism and friendliness, especially the reception staff, Ms. Reem, Ms. Yasmine and Ms. Najiyah, as well as the concierge staff, Mr Mahdi, Mr. Mohamed and Mr Kamel and all the staff during breakfast time. The two rooms that we stayed in were very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the hotel's private beach, which offered a serene and exclusive atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's wonderful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

Very friendly atmosphere,coffe and dates available all day round in the lobby. It's clean and well organized. The owner,a young gentleman Zouhaier is very helpful with all the things related to Muscat and whole Oman.He helped me and other fellows of mine in renting cars and provided us useful informations about everything. There was a good "team" , from all around the world and one day he prepared for us a tasty seafood dinner and an other day he organised a live music night. I highly recommend for everyone !!

Tasteful, 'seaside resort' design elements throughout which immediately puts you in holiday mood. 2 big swimming pools. Plenty of other facilities, e.g. 2 separate gyms, kids play area, spa with steam room and sauna etc. Many dining venues, although all are high-end establishments (as expected at a 5 star hotel). Overall, in my view, this hotel is setting a new benchmark in Muscat.
