Cannot recommend this property highly enough: the rooms were beautifully appointed with soft cosy linens, comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the snowy hills; the bathrooms were gorgeous; the restaurant downstairs served delicious Austrian cuisine; and the staff were all so friendly and helpful with local recommendations. If you want to ski, the lift is literally over the road and the ski hire place is directly downstairs with space for guests to leave ski gear overnight. Anna and her team did everything possible to make our Christmas holiday in Bad Hofgastein perfect, including leaving us Christmas presents in our room on Christmas Eve, much to our children’s delight… will definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at this hotel “Das Diellehen” and was thoroughly impressed. The property is impeccably clean and exudes a cosy, warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the fantastic host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a delightful getaway while enjoying the fantastic view of the alps.
