Very cozy place, friendly and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast. Would be our first choice for a next stay in the area.

All the staff were great, kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a highlight of every morning. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Canmore.

We were traveling for several weeks, staying in a different place almost every night, and this was by far the best one of our entire trip — especially considering we stayed at two other places in Canmore. Although it’s not right in the center, we absolutely loved the location and the breathtaking views. Our room was incredible, with everything you could possibly need, and every corner of the property smelled amazing, which added to the warm and cozy atmosphere. One of the most special things about this place was how peaceful and private it felt. Even though we knew the house was fully booked, we never saw another guest — it truly felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Whether we were enjoying breakfast or relaxing in the lounge, there was this calm, intimate vibe that made our stay feel even more unique. Having coffee in the room was a lovely touch, but what really made it extra special were the little surprises — like complimentary cookies or candies waiting for you as you went up the stairs to your room. One evening, we picked up some delicious pizzas just 2 minutes away by car (or a 7-minute walk) and enjoyed them in the beautiful, super comfortable lounge. The lounge was another highlight — cozy, beautifully decorated, and perfect for relaxing. We played vinyl records with great music and even played the chess game, which made for such a memorable evening. The entire space felt thoughtfully designed and truly welcoming. We also had breakfast the next morning — the chai latte was fantastic. While the staff isn’t always on-site, that actually added to the peaceful atmosphere. And when we did meet them, they were incredibly kind and helpful.

Definitely stay here at this luxury suite if it’s available! This very spacious suite with a separate entrance from the host’s home has everything you need and more for a unique and relaxing stay in Canmore. This updated and modern space includes a sauna, two hot tubs, huge showers, a kitchen area with espresso machine (Nespresso, tea and snacks provided), and extremely spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace. It’s like having a resort room and all the resort’s amenities all to just you and your traveling companions. The host is very gracious and respectful and has great recommendations for things to do in Canmore and Banff. Charging cables, towels and all basics are provided so you don’t have to make a run to the store. Flat screen tvs in every room including the hot tub room means you can enjoy your favorite movie/show next to a crackling wood fire on the fur-topped couch or while sipping champagne and enjoying the jets in the two-seater tub. Really an amazing stay! Canmore is a very pleasant, not crowded small town a quick 25 minutes from the bustling town and activities of Banff and has a lot to offer in terms of shoppes, excellent food and a couple of grocery stores just 5 minutes away.

The location was amazing! Completely walkable. We were here to celebrate my 40th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that it was a memorable one. We received an upgrade and had a lovely surprise of wine and chocolates in our room. They even had wine and cheese hour in the hotel lobby! I can’t understand how this hotel is not rated 10 stars?! Don’t hesitate, book now!

The care for my partner and her birthday was awesome. The hotel helped me in ordering a 12 piece cupcake pull apart cake from Safeway. Loved the view too.
