We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view from the window and a comfortable, spacious bed — I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was well thought out: there were shampoos, earplugs, coffee, and tea. We loved the shared kitchen, stocked with cereals, milk, spreads, and toast bread, so you can help yourself and prepare breakfast or enjoy a cup of coffee. There were also board games and cozy background music, which made the atmosphere even nicer. The hosts were exceptionally friendly — they let us check in early, kept our luggage on the last day, took great care of us, chatted with us, and were ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely guest house relatively close to the city's historical centre (25 minutes walking, 10 minutes by bus), in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Although we booked the small double room, it was equipped with everything we needed, and also had an electric radiator in case we wanted extra heating. We had a wonderful stay here! Everything matched the listing perfectly. The location was great — walking distance to many places, close to the bus stop, and with a supermarket and shopping mall nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. The host was quick to reply, very caring, and considerate throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

the facility is a 10-minute walk from the strict tourist old town. in the close vicinity there is a shop, pubs, bakeries, restaurants. the facility itself is a cozy place. We were welcomed by the delectable owner, we got the keys earlier than expected. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend breakfast, fresh juices, compote, fruit and small snacks to choose from while we wait for the owner to personally prepare a wonderful English breakfast. in the room iron and ironing board, fridge, tea and coffee making set, hair dryer, cosmetics set. If we return to Edinburgh it will probably be Mr Tommy.

Amazing place to stay! Fully met our expectations! The room was very beautiful. The guesthouse is very nice, you can even use a fridge in the common room. There is a small supermarket at a walking distance. It's also 30 mins walking to the centre, which is not far away.
