What a stunning location, ocean views from atop a hill looking down on rolling green fields and the Atlantic Ocean below, with Bantry nestled in the distance. Wonderful hosts and accommodation at a converted farmhouse that is steeped in family history and character (one beautiful table in the dining area is polished dark wood over two hundred years old). The rooms are spotless and the bed was really comfortable. We fell asleep to the sound of the ocean and wind (way better than the Spotify soundscapes) and then could get up before brekky and take a walk down a path to view the coast. Brekky was delicious. You couldn’t ask for more welcoming hosts. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

We are a group of 3, and we booked two different rooms Our room was nice and clean and we had a nice view on the sea. We had savory pancakes for breakfast and it was delicious. The staff ( a family) was very friendly and helpful.

This was our best stay during a short trip in southwest Ireland. Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located for our needs, with a large, comfortable bed, a very nice shower (we like it powerful), and an excellent breakfast, including great homemade elements. The decently stocked honesty bar was also a nice touch for the nights outside of town. But the element that made it outstanding were the hosts, who really made every effort to adapt to our needs, e.g., some complicated food limitations for breakfast. We have traveled quite a bit in our life and have found many nice hosts in different places, but Corthna Lodge really stuck out positively. If we come back in the area we will surely try to book there again. We also loved the big and very nice garden and the cute and gentle dogs when they were out.

Host was so lovely and her dog Pickles is such a sweetheart. Loved the quiet property, whole house was decorated beautifully. Fantastic shower and amazing breakfast. Beautiful garden. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Harbour View, and enjoyed every moment. It's situated on a wonderful penninsula, and there are some wonderful walks in the area. It's a good area for cycling also, and everyone we met was great company

This was one of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. The location is simply perfect for anyone looking for peace, relaxation, and breathtaking scenery. Far from city noise, it’s an ideal place to rest, recharge, and enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, including magical sunrises and sunsets right from the property. The hosts were beyond wonderful — incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and caring. Their warm hospitality touched our hearts, and it was clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, with top-quality bedding, and every detail in the house was perfectly thought out and well-organized. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which was a lovely touch in the morning.
