We wanted somewhere quiet ,rural and authentic for our visit to the Rock of Cashel and Cahir. We were so fortunate to have chosen Shadowvale: Theresa and Morgan are exemplary hosts, the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The supplied breakfast was prepared by our hosts each morning, to order for our preferences, and was delicious, generous and quickly served. We felt like we were staying with family, in a luxury country estate. We cannot fault Shadowvale.

Very friendly and accommodating. Early check in was facilitated with no difficulty. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room. Beautiful views. Peaceful and quiet.

A beautiful room, excellent breakfast, very warm welcome. lots of little touches, quiet rural location just be aware it’s about 20 mins to nearest pub/ restaurant
