Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.

I have never experienced the best hospitality like this in my life. We arrived late and the owners made us a meal when we arrived. They showed us how to get a parking space and also provided a map of how to get to Milan. They provivded so much goodies. It was the best stay in my life and I have been a thousand places. I would deffo reccomend staying here. Thank you Rita and Thank you Daniel x

The hotel staff was great, they were kind and helpful. They really made sure we were having a good time at the hotel. The location was also near the railway station and it is easy to get to the hotel, and even Monza is a really nice town, perfect for a walk.

A lovely warm welcome from Adriana and her partner. We were only staying for one night en route to the north but she still made an effort to make us feel comfortable, advising us on local food and kindly offering us dessert when we got home. She also got up to make us breakfast when we had to leave early. The room was comfortable and had everything you need, and it was really close to the metro if you wanted to get into Milan (we were driving so not needed, but really good value if you wanted to visit the city). Thank you for having us :-)

Perfect location, so clean and the host was so helpful. We arrived early and Angelo kept in touch and allowed us leave our bags so we could go exploring. The room was really clean, even the hallway smelt fab! Aircon, balcony and we delighted to get our room cleaned which we didn't expect for a 2 night stay. The Metro is just down a bit (Sesto Marelli) and the supermarket is across the road for water and snacks. We'll definitely be recommending.
