Giuseppe was the perfect host and he should be the high standard for other bed and breakfast. He was very helpful to us for travel ideas and his homemade breakfast with strawberry delights are to look forward to. We had to leave at 6:30 AM for an early flight out of Rome and he prepared a very thoughtful bagged breakfast for us in our refrigerator. Perfect!! The rooms and facilities are all new and beautifully well designed. You will not be disappointed. The view of the lake is beautiful.

Wow wow wow. This place is amazing. Who needs Lake Como. The host Ivan was on hand to welcome us and show us the apartment and all that went with it. The view is to die for. Facilities are first class. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was divine with cold hot or basically what ever you wanted would have been prepared. Exceptional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa dei Fantasmi in Rocca di Papa, Italy, and I must say it was an experience like no other. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was struck by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the owner. The owner went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible, offering helpful advice on what to see and do in the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, but the real gem was the view from the balcony. Overlooking all of Rome, the view was truly magical, especially at night when the city was lit up. I found myself spending hours just taking it all in. The town of Rocca di Papa was surreal and peaceful, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. I loved exploring the quiet streets and taking in the local culture. One of the highlights of my trip was hiking up Monte Cavo, which was just a short distance away. The hike took less than an hour and offered a breathtaking view of the beautiful vista “Occhi Di Diana.” It was truly a sight to behold. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Villa dei Fantasmi to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Italy. From the stunning view, to the friendly owner, to the surreal town, this hotel has it all. I’m already planning my next trip back! 5 stars all around!

This is a great B&B near Nemi lake in the residential area. The room that we had was on the first floor, good size, spotless, quiet, and had everything one needs for a comfy rest. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous . Good, plentiful breakfast that you can have inside or at the deck overlooking the lake and the castle on the hill. Giuseppe and Alessia are very welcoming and speak good english. Highly recommended.

The accomodation has a beautiful style, welcoming, calm ambience, spotless clean, great location, comfortable, very gentle and kind hosts, they both speak good English. Good breakfast with most of the items are homemade and all fresh Overall...perfect stay ❤️

Il Lago di Nemi Is a beautiful, tranquil, and perfectly maintained bed and breakfast. Giuseppe and Alessia are excellent hosts and are extremely knowledgeable about the area. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and interesting sites in the area.
