Modern facilities and spaces, friendly and helpful staff. Even though not many rooms there is still a lift so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. Parking was great and a short walk to town. Loved the size of room and bathroom and media/speakers

The owners were amazing! :) They were very nice, helpful, gave us various tips for skiing or restaurants in the area. The equipment was very cozy, we felt very comfortable there. The breakfasts were ok, a slightly different selection of sweet pastries every day.

Our host, Mattia, was outstanding and really went beyond the duties of a host. He was more than helpful, flexible and always ready to help. He offered us a lot of info on what to visit, bus schedules, good restaurants, etc. He is an example of hospitality combined with professionalism. Our dog was very welcome and this is a great place to stay if you bring your pet along. The breakfast was also great.

Wii, the host (I hope I spelled it correctly), is an amazing host. We stayed at the property just after the reopening of the hotel. Wii made us feel very welcome; she was charming and cooked amazing food for us (you have to try her pad thai! It sent us right back to Thailand). The view from the hotel is beautiful and the proximity to Carreza Lake is great.

Very pleasant location with very nice people. We had a triple room with 3 good beds and a good shower. The breakfast was excellent. Our hostess Tanja and her team were great. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we have eaten in the nicest restaurants and visited nearby villages. There are two ski lifts nearby, one you can do on foot, the other is 6 min by car
