Everything! This is an 11/10 6* experience. Esther and Tom are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. They not only picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station but also helped with restaurant reservations. Meet and greet fellow guests with a drink at 5pm was a great way to get to know fellow travellers. The place itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in NZ. I could go on and on about just how good this is but go and see for yourself!

I had an exceptional stay in Napier, thanks to the quintessential Kiwi hospitality of Mike and Maree. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. The delicious breakfast set me up for long, busy days, and their kindness truly made my stay unforgettable. The convenience of transport to and from the airport was an added bonus. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for genuine warmth and comfort during their trip to Napier.

We loved everything about our stay! The communication with the host was exceptional, and the instructions she left in the room were very helpful. The Pool House was exceptionally clean and beautifully presented .It was extremely well equipped with some thoughtful things that showed Joanne takes pride and care of her place and also wants to provide a perfect stay for her guests . Bed was so comfortable and all the linen and towels etc good quality. The Pool area by the pool was also set up well which made it an inviting and relaxing place to chill . Joanne was lovely and welcomed us on arrival. She gave some great advice on things to do and where to go. Alan and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there. We would happily stay there again on our travels.

Avinash and Theresa were amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable! They were so friendly and hospitable, we felt like we were staying with friends. We had a most pleasant stay with them. The room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for our suitcases and a fan. It was a beautiful house, filled with natural light and fresh air, overlooking their incredible veggie/fruit garden. They made us a great breakfast in the morning with local honey and homemade jam, Avinash made us espresso coffee! They were really lovely people and we actually left as friends. We would definitely love to stay with them again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, and check-in and check-out couldn’t have been smoother. The place had all the essentials we needed, and the museli for breakfast was such a delightful bonus! It really felt like our own cozy retreat. I appreciated how the three bedrooms were nicely spaced out, and having a second bathroom was great for our nanny. The outdoor entertainment area was a nice touch too. The owner was really nice and met hubby upon arrival, sharing how wonderful Julie is. She even made sure the heaters were switched on, so the house was warm and inviting when we arrived. A huge thank you to Julie for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
