The mango guest house is really a little oasis on Elephantine Island. Mohammed was amazing to us and he allowed us to meet Ahmed who took us on his feluka. That was the highlight of this travel to Egypt. The hotel itself is calm, super clean, with a comfortable room. You have to take a boat to join the hotel but it passes often and only costs 10EGP per person.

The owner, JJ, and his team were very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable and they organized a trip to Abu Simbel for me. When I got sick, they postponed the trip by a day, so I had time to get back in shape. JJ's wife also served me the strongest ginger tea I have ever had, to get me back up. Days later, while I was staying at another place, I walked past the hotel again and JJ spontaneously invited me to a dinner they were throwing for a group of guests. Thanks a lot!

Mahmoud was a great host and made all he could to arrange everything 🙏 This place provides laundry services, transfers, great tours and so on. Even hair cuts, henna tattoos if you need. Actually they try to provide everything you wish. Our room 203 (without balcony) was very comfortable. Also a big thanks to Bibo and also to Sido ✌️

Το King Mina Nubian House βρίσκεται στο Ασουάν και προσφέρει καταλύματα με ιδιωτικές βεράντες. By far the cleanest house we stayed in Egypt. Very comfortable. The location allows you to see the area quickly. The family that manages it is very warm and helpful. Strongly recommended. The family and house are real diamonds.

Το FADL Kato παρέχει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο στο Ασουάν, σε απόσταση 22 χλμ και 900μ από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Μαυσωλείο του Αγά Χαν και Nubian Museum, αντίστοιχα. The view at the roof was exceptional! The location in elephantine is very good not to close but not to far from Aswan city, and Ahmed was very helpful and always with a smile!

Manager came to collect us from the airport no problem! Really helpful, friendly staff. Big spacious bedroom suits. Tasty breakfast delivered at a time to suit you. A rustic, authentic stay.

Το ABU Guest House διαθέτει καταλύματα με κήπο, βεράντα και δωρεάν WiFi σε όλους τους χώρους. Abu is helpful and very diligent Egyption YOUNG guy(not by his age), he do help us a lot for the trip, and information. He has a really lovely personality and really care about everyone a lot. It's like if you want to interact with local people but not only see the touristy places and leave, You guys must be here! Very very good cultural experience! I just feel so pity like we stay here for only one night and speak to our landlord only two times. Crying!!!!! Cry!!!!

Το La Terrace είναι στο Ασουάν και προσφέρει παραθαλάσσια καταλύματα, σε απόσταση 22 χλμ από Μαυσωλείο του Αγά Χαν. If you are planning a trip to Aswan, Elephantine Island on the Nile , La Terrace Aswan is the guest house you NEED to stay at. The house is so lovely and spotlessly clean. The view of Aswan Corniche from the wonderful terrace are fabulous day and night. Now on to Mohammed, the proprietor. The nicest, kindest, most genuine man you’ll meet. He looked after us like we were family. We flew into Aswan from Cairo but when we arrived in Cairo our luggage wasn’t. We messaged Mohammed just to let him know what happened and even though at this stage we still hadn’t met he took ownership of the issue and just ran with it. He had a car meet us at the airport which took us straight to a pharmacy to buy toiletries before taking us to the guest house. The following morning after making sure we had some breakfast he guided us to a shopping centre where we could purchase replacement clothing. In addition to all this Mohammed looked after all our bookings for tours and trips. He well and truly saved our holiday. The beds in the room were so comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful. Το Amon guest house βρίσκεται σε Αμπού Σίμπελ, κοντά στο σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Ναοί Abu Simbel. Προσφέρει κήπο, ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου, ιδιωτική παραλία, κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge και βεράντα. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person. he welcomed us and picked us up from Abu Simbel airport for free. it was a pity to stay only 1 night. I recommend to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy Abu Simbel temple at night and also the sunrise boat ride with view of the temple. breakfast was also great. Big thank you and looking forward staying again.
