Its the best place in Trincomalee - truely comfort and relaxing stay. Comfortable beds, tea pot in room, beautiful garden sitting area - all was perfect. Friendly staff. Also good location - 5 min walk to beach, and a lot of good cafes and resturants around. We stayed here for 2 nights and then try to go to other place, but we return to stay one more night because its most comfortable place.

It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . Το Hilton Cottage είναι σε απόσταση 6,5 χλμ από Kali Kovil και 7 χλμ από Gokana Temple στον προορισμό Trincomalee. We had a fantastic experience at Hilton cottage. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has hot water. The owner friendly and always obliging. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff are lovely. It is close to the restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend Hilton cottage if you are looking for a quiet, pleasant stay in Trincomalee.

He makes you feel like home. The facilites are simple but clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful garden around. The beach is close, 5 min walking. The snorkling we did with Rangan was great, I can really recommend. He even took time to go for a second round, because we liked it so much.

Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ευγενικός και πολύ εξυπηρετικός. Η τιμή του δωματίου χαμηλή. Αξίζει από κάθε άποψη.

The accommodation is comfortable with everything you need. Bed, aircon, mosquito net, and ensuite bathroom. What follows is a man who has been blessed with finding his purpose in life. The animals, once stray and injured, follow him around with admiration. Healthy and thankful to have met him. You will have your morning coffee with a cat on your lap (or 3), spend your day at the beautiful beach no more than 5 minutes walk away and spend your evening wanting to talk to Prashanth and hearing about his life and the history of Sri Lanka.
