Tess the owner was very friendly and considerate. The history of the building told by Tess was impressive and made me appreciate all the many years of work behind the service. The decor evidenced the history. The catering was very personal and customised as breakfast was served on a beautiful balcony overlooking a large old fruit tree arching over the entrance. At night you can see fruit bats circling the fruit tree. My children were able to pick their own fresh letuce for breakfast in their hydroponic garden and it was served immediately. They enjoyed the pancakes!! We stayed in the family room which had a very comfortable king size bed and everything was spotless. The shower was very nice and spacious. Tess was very accommodating allowing late check in and also providing us with a last minute single room for an extra guest and parking. The entrance reception had a nice welcoming ambience and photos with written reviews by travellers from around the world complimenting their stay were pinned on the wall. I would definitely like to stay there again and would reccomend. Thanks Tess and team!

Στις εγκαταστάσεις υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης. the scene in the hotel is very beutiful, like a villa. and the layout in the hotel is clean and luxury designing. It's very comfortable to live there. I will suggest my friends to live there when they go to Quezon. and the staff there is very helpful, especially John Mark and the manager Jim are very kind and helpful.

The hostess always replied promptly to queries and requests. She was also very efficient and systematic in handling communications and paperwork and there was very little room for delays and misunderstandings. Check-in was smooth and easy. The location is just right on the border of Makati with the right mix of commercial, business, and residential areas. There was great value for money.

It's in a fantastic location – just 20 minutes to the airport via the skyway, making it super convenient for travelers. SM MOA is also nearby, which is great for shopping and dining. Plus, there's a supermarket right across the street, so everything you need is just a step away. Overall, easy access to everything, and I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!
