This accommodation ticks all the boxes. Brand new, clean, the owners are so friendly we actually ended up chatting with them over a beer during evenings (there's no kitchen yet, but it's possible to buy a variety of food and drinks that are available in fridges). Breakfast had a reasonable variety with the owners preparing eggs or sausages upon request. We're coming back in a week, so I guess that speaks for itself. Plus, there's 2x11kw charger for your e-car.

We spent 4 nights at this boutique hotel with our family (a group of nine), and everything was absolutely wonderful. The rooms have a cozy and welcoming design; even the heavy curtains create the perfect atmosphere for a restful sleep. These are incredibly quiet, even those on the ground floor near the breakfast area are excellently soundproofed. Not once did we hear voices or clinking dishes in the mornings. We rested perfectly. The staff is exceptionally kind. They treated us with such care that we truly felt like part of the family. They even helped us with complimentary airport transportation, a gesture we greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and served with attention to detail. The location is excellent: just 7 minutes walk from the city center, where the Christmas market and festive atmosphere can be enjoyed. I truly recommend this hotel in every way!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few days and can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team — from the front desk to F&B staff — was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to go the extra mile. They were more than happy to provide local recommendations, help with directions, and accommodate any requests I had during my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay, and the common areas were always fresh and tidy — a clear reflection of the hotel’s high standards. The location is another huge plus. It’s perfectly situated within walking distance to major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. All in all, it was a fantastic and memorable experience, thanks largely to the wonderful staff and unbeatable location. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Beautiful spaces, inside and out ! Friendly, warm and welcoming staff with flawless service. The room was enormous, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the spa and small but well equipped gym. Excellent pool. The picnic lunch in the garden is also highly recommended. They even remembered a gift of homemade treats they had forgotten from our last stay 18 months ago !

It was a very nice experience and I will definitely visit again. It is a little outside the city center but 10 minutes (approx) by car / Uber. The decoration is very nice, the staff and people running the business are very welcoming and helpful. I have to leave early but they have a very nice restraunt with very good ratings. I will visit again to try for sure :)

Beautiful renovated historical building, interiors decorated with attention to details, big spacious rooms, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. We arrived late in the evening and had to enter the property all by ourselves but we were guided by the the staff remotely and all went smooth. Overall atmosphere was unique and we felt very welcome.
Rezidence u Jezera is set by a lake in Písečná, within a 10-minute drive from Jeseník, and offers an à la carte restaurant with a fireplace, an own winery and a terrace.
Breakfasts were amazing, very varied and fresh; the staff was great, they spoke Czech, German, and Polish. The lake was surrounded by a path and even though it was quite muddy during the stay it was still possible to have a short walk around. Even in the evening as there were lamps lit. Really excellent place. Worth a visit!
