If you are driving around Iceland on the ring road like we were, this location is a must. We were booking every other day our next stay (which can be a little exhausting after a few days) but once we were settled in here, we immediately booked another night. EVERYTHING is perfect: the beds are extremely comfy, everything is very clean, it feels like your own beautiful house with all the things Palina and Hördur thought about and there is a sauna, fireplace and a hot tub - what do you need more? I am a huge fan and can highly recommend it!

Everything! Very warm and welcoming atmosphere, super friendly staff and owners, lovely dogs and horses, the location near the river, ... and since the guesthouse wasn't fully booked, I got a bigger room at no extra cost. What I liked best, however, was the ride across the river :-)

Our experience in this place was truly beautiful and relieving. This guesthouse has everything to make you feel at home. Warm and cozy rooms, welcoming personnel, nice breakfast. Magnificent view to the mountains and curious farm animals made our stay very memorable. I also have to mention how perfectly clean everything is.
