This was definitely one of the best places we stayed while on our trip through Morocco. Our goal was simply to find a stopping point for the night before heading into back to Marrakesh. We wish we could have stayed longer! The maison is beautifully decorated and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The views from the terrace are fantastic, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The dinner was really delicious, better than any other we'd eaten at other riads/hotels. We had to leave early in the morning and appreciated the effort the staff made to ensure we had breakfast before leaving. Truly a gem of a place! Highly recommend!

Great dinner, breakfast and beautifully decorated place. Location is great, 20 minutes from Tizi n'tichka. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was great

The place was perfect. We arrived late And they cooked for us delicious (probably the best) tajini, at a good price. In the morning we had to go on the trip, but before leaving we could enjoy a traditional tea and a quiet view from the terrace (sunrise between the mountains). Staff amazing, and they speak well English

Located inside the historic ksar, this family-run riad offers a very authentic experience. The common areas are great, and the host is very friendly. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious.

Jamal was extremely kind to us. He gave us a a quick derbouka lesson and did some Berber magic tricks. A good illustration of Berber hospitality. Also the room was very cosy and authentic as almost everything was handmade. It’s been the highlight of our stay in Morocco so far.

We recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the charming Riad Tigmi Du Soleil, nestled in the picturesque village of Ait Ben Haddou. Our experience was beyond delightful, marred only by the fact that we couldn't stay longer. The warm and friendly nature of our host truly embodied the spirit of Moroccan hospitality. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable, personalized, and memorable. Whether it was providing insightful local recommendations or sharing fascinating stories about the area, he made us feel genuinely welcome and enriched our cultural immersion. Riad Tigmi Du Soleil is a magical blend of traditional Moroccan aesthetics and modern comforts. Each room is thoughtfully designed, exuding an old-world charm while boasting the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Riad offers an ideal retreat for those who seek tranquillity amidst authentic Moroccan architecture. One of the Riad's main highlights is its location. Ait Ben Haddou, with its unique earthen clay architecture, is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a jewel of Moroccan history. The Riad's strategic location allows for easy exploration of this historic village, which is an experience that every visitor to Morocco must embark on. The food served at the Riad is another aspect worth mentioning. The delicious traditional Moroccan dishes offered a culinary journey that further deepened our appreciation for the country's rich and diverse culture. The breakfast served was a fantastic start to the day, featuring a variety of local bread, jams, fresh fruit, and Moroccan tea. Overall, our stay at Riad Tigmi Du Soleil was a sublime blend of comfort, culture, and authentic Moroccan hospitality. It is a place where one can feel the true essence of Morocco, thanks to the genuine warmth of the host and the enchanting ambiance of the property and its surroundings.

We only stayed one night on our way to Marrakesh, cause we wanted to check out Ait-Ben-Haddou, which was beautiful but in the end we enjoyed the area around Dar Bilal way more. Our evening walk through the gardens around was incredibly calming and beautiful, the little village is really charming. The whole family is welcoming the guests in a very warm way and really looking for everyone to enjoy the stay. Also the food is really good and the view from the rooftop spectacular! The price is more than fair.

The riad itself is beautiful and our room was very nice but what was the most special thing to notice is the hospitality of the host family. We arrived very late (10pm) after a long drive and we were starving. Even though it was so late, we received the best home made dinner. It felt like eating at a friends place. We felt so welcomed and we still think about this experience. We totally recommend staying there!

Beautiful and tasteful interiors, we were in a large room. Hassain and his staff always at hand to help. Best lemon chicken tagine. The view from the terrace was great and we quite liked the location.
