The accomodation was beyond our expectations. Very pleasant place to rest with comfortable room, private bathroom and shared kitchen. We have very delicious grill dinner with local specialties hummus, vegetable and fresh local tuna fish. The kind host who organized a night trip for us to visit Sea museum where the giant turtles lay their eggs. We would recommend this pleasant frendly place to anyone. We will come back again one day to continue our tour of beautiful Oman.

good value for money, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, very friendly owner, close to the turtle reserve (tours start around 8.30pm or 5am), offers buffet dinner and breakfast on request (go for it, there is no restaurant in Ras al Jinz)

We enjoyed staying in our own house with our own private pool. The location of the house is very well suited to explore the spectacular wadis and nice beaches around Sur. In the evening you can have dinner in Sur, it is just a 5 minute drive to the city center. The house is spacious and very clean, the living room is huge! The owner was extremely hospitable and welcoming.

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !
