We really loved staying at this apartment! The owner is super nice and friendly. The location is perfect—right in the center of town, and there's a grocery store on the first floor, which was really handy. The apartment has everything you need to live and relax. A wonderful villa with a beautiful garden, especially for an off-season holiday. There was no one else in the villa except us). The owner Tanya greeted us warmly, we spoke English. Everything was ready for our arrival. The apartments were perfectly clean! I would like to point out that the heating worked perfectly, it was very warm. Additionally, we were provided with extra blankets, tea/coffee. The apartments have everything: a small refrigerator, TV, stove, microwave, extractor hood, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, forks/spoons. The bathroom is also ok, but take shower gel and shampoo with you on your trip. There is a grill, swings and several relaxation areas for guests on the territory. The place is very quiet, 5 minutes walk to the thermal baths. The nearest store is opposite the thermal baths. The Univerexport supermarket, cafes and pharmacies are 20 minutes away. We had a great rest! Thank you very much, Tanya!

Perfect place for a family like us (5 people) to visit Fruške Terme - there we would pay a fortune for our stay. I am not making a noise - we did staye there before. And here is better (more space, same comfort) for a much more reasonable price. Also a tip - Fruške Terme starts at 11am so if you go there by 10am you can a) use a free parking slot (there are a few near their paid garage) and b) have a good breakfast in their Italian place (Piazza).

Everything! Spacious, clean, bright, well equiped apartment, excellent bathroom, beutiful view to the forest and East part of mountain, entrance to the big garden, clean air. It is close to almost every nature site, pools and a lot of monuments and every market and restaurant in Vrdnik. The woods are 10 minutes walk away. Great, warm and very helpful hosts made me feel very welcome and like home. It is a great place to rest and recharge your energy. First two days I just sat in the garden and looked to the forest. It is so captivating and amazing! Excellent for family, couple or solo travelling. I highly recommend apartments Izvor if you want to rest and spend quality time with anyone. I came burned out and after 6 nights here I returned home really happy, fully rested and with full energy.

Great location in a quiet area of the village. Small stream in front of the bungalow and plenty of birds. The bungalows are new and very clean with everything needed. The host is nice and helpful - we arrived late in the evening and he was waiting for us.

Hosts were so polite and thoughtful! We had a great communication, we would definitely stay here again! The village is quiet and small, but there is a nice path behind the church leading through a beautiful forest you can walk through 🏔️ It's a good solution for a short escape from the city hustle. Most of all, we loved Gari! Their new 4 months old dog, who was so playful ^^

Wonderful accommodation near the Termal Hotel and outdoor swimming pools. We stayed as a family with a small baby and I am very satisfied with the communication with Tanja, who was our host and the owner of the villa "Jovana". Tanja answered all my questions and recommended us a restaurant and other activities in Vrdnik. The apartment is clean, tidy and corresponds to everything described. Next time, we plan to stay again at Villa Jovana. All recommendations
