We absolutely loved the private and homelike feel. Tucked away on the back road but super close to all that we needed. Last minute, we requested an extra night’s stay and the staff were so accomodating and helpful in making this happen. Staff were fast to respond and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will be booking Atupa Suites on our next Rarotonga stay.

Our stay at Jo’s place exceeded all our expectations. The hosts are wonderful and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect—tucked away on a quiet side road, with only goats and roosters around. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Beautiful property, nice and cosy perfect size for a couple or a family with a small child. Had a lot of amenities for cooking and cleaning which made our lives a lot easier and aircon which was a nice treat. Great views as you can see the mountains from the front porch, and lush greenery from the back. It’s only a 10 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the Muri night markets. You also have walking distance to a few restaurants and a corner store which is great! Mii and her staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful as they made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable Would definitely recommend! As you get a taste of Rarotongan hospitality

It was very easy to communicate with the owner, Joy. She was very helpful in answering questions and offered a lot of support during the stay. The view from the apartments was amazing, the apartment was clean and had everything you needed for your stay. They even had bread, butter and jam in the fridge for us. Mai’i Villa Apartments has a sister restaurant called Mai’i Cafe and Bar and that had a good vibe and delicious food, make sure you visit!

Located on the northern end of the magnificent Muri Beach in Rarotonga, Kura’s Kabanas enjoys a secluded beachfront location. Free private parking is available on site. Location was just perfect! and the staff super friendly! they were always there to help us with any enquiry.
