The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. This place is definitely worth its price! We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a special spot to relax or escape from everyday life. We sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future — it was an absolute pleasure!

We had a late spontaneous check-in, the owner sent detailed instructions how to get into the apartment. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Well maintained property.. The owner is very helpful and joyful person.. we visited in December and it was surrounded by snow and it looks very beautiful with the perfect lights around it..Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will surely visit this place ! Highly recommended ..

La comida que nos brindaron fue deliciosa y abundante, incluyendo un vino de la casa y bbq tradicional. Está ubicado en una zona rural tranquila con lindo paisaje pero muy cerca a la carretera y a 10 minutos de Borjomi, por lo que es fácil visitar la ciudad en carro o en taxi.

This place is awesome ,it’s located 10 minutes away from the Vardzia caves . The owner,Tsotne is a young and nice guy.He speaks English ,helpful and warm to give you a lot of information when you need .He and his family take care of the guests. The room is very spacious and clean ,show is great (good water pressure) .In the morning,Tsotne’s Mum cooked such a delicious breakfast,the portion and food choice are both great.We ate them all. The parking is right by the house ,the house garden is also designed by Tsotne with good taste.

La propiedad está muy limpia, es acogedor el espacio y está muy bien equipado, bastantes utensilios en la cocina por si deseas preparar comida, la ubicación está bien! Están remodelando el edificio así que te encontrarás con obras dentro de él, pero una vez que entras al apartamento te sientes cómodo! El anfitrión es muy amable y responde fácilmente a cualquier inquietud. Soy de Colombia y me gustó el lugar!
