Everyone was really really nice and we felt welcome from the first second :) The room is basic but the common area is lovely decorated and super chill. You can go kayaking for free and the river is directly behind the common area. We would recommend to do the "green loop" right before sunset! On top, every time we sat down in the common area they gave us water, fruits and biscuits for free! We had the most amazing experience! Thanks soooo much!!! XX

Located in a quiet residential area but in walking distance from everything you'd need.A good vegan restaurant and some cute cafes close by and a 5-10 minute walk to a big supermarket, many restaurants and the river. Free water refills included. The wifi worked well also for streaming and meetings. I got put into a bigger room because it was on the first floor which was nice! Super friendly team. Leaving luggage after checking out was no problem.

The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful, and flexible — always around with a smile and ready to assist with anything you need. One of the highlights? The natural swimming pond! There’s nothing better than jumping in for a refreshing dip during or after a hot day. If you're looking for tranquility and a taste of nature just outside the city, Camping Kampot is an absolute gem!

The room is cleaned daily and to be honest it seems like they changed bed sheet daily too. INCREDIBLE CLEAN - great breakfast : eggs different ways or pancakes - coffee, teas or smoothie all serviced with daily fresh fruits. Once again well presented and clean - great help: assisting with bookings, scooter rental for only $7 a day directly from the Guesthouse. Laundry $1 per kilo, ready on your door the next day - great location: close to the main area but is a quite spot - amazing team looking after, run by a family. Very lovely and helpful Negative: Nothing to do with the Guesthouse itself. The bloody trumpet at 5am from the nearest military base it is incredible annoying. It goes on for 30 min. I feel bad as this can bother many guests and turn them away. But the place it is so lovely and deserves to be booked every day for the amazing effort they put. Thanks for having us 😀

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights. It’s a bit out of the city center but no problem at all, you can easily call Grab Tuktuk or rent a Motobike at the accommodation for an affordable price. We were amazed by how clean our bungalow was. And the owners were super friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience staying at this accommodation. The place was absolutely spotless and very well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. Everything was perfectly arranged, making it feel like home right away. The communication with the host was outstanding. He was quick to respond to any queries and provided all the necessary information, ensuring everything went smoothly. It's clear they really care about their guests' experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept space with a host who truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Would definitely return!

Dickens , the owner, was most helpful and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Ta Eng Guesthouse and wish I had stayed there before. The location is in a quiet part of town and around a ten minute walk to the Durian roundabout. I would like to thank him for all the drinks he gave me as part of the Chinese New Year festivities !

We had a truly pleasant stay with Soriya and her family. Soriya and Joffrey were consistently thoughtful and attentive, and we appreciated the care they put into making our visit smooth and comfortable. Interaction with Daniel and three sweet dogs added to the homey experience. The breakfasts were very generous, we especially loved the smoked duck breast. Joffrey’s homemade pineapple jam was my husband’s favorite. The location was excellent — convenient for getting around while still feeling tucked away. The homestay was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days out. For the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, the value was outstanding. We rented a moto from them during our stay and took a couple of tours with Soriya’s tuk-tuk. During the tours, Soriya took the time to guide us through local customs, including how to make offerings at the pagodas, which added meaningful context to our visit. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, well-located stay with great value. We’re glad we chose this homestay and would happily return. Highly recommended.
