Everything was PERFECT. The location of the hotel the food, the cleanliness of the entire facility, the pleasant atmosphere, the hotel staff, especially Lori, who was very nice and helped us with everything we were interested in about Ksamil. Our stay in Ksamil could not have been in a better place. The hotel opened 2 weeks prior to our arrival but everything was perfectly set up for our stay to go perfectly.
