The best part of this stay was the location and views! Staying in Riggenberg gave us the added bonus of being in an extra serene area so close and accessible to interlaken OST and West which we loved. The host and his wife were super friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very clean and no issues to report at all. Brekfast was fresh and had everything we needed to start the day. The Swiss muesli was particularly good

The view of the this hotel is magnificent, on the one side you have the mini houses view, on the other side you get the lake view. Both are magnificent . The room is also spacious and warm. Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was excellent and near to the rail station. It has got fantastic Mountain View’s. The apartment was very much clean , well organised and much spacious. The host was really accommodative and arranged everything literally required to ensure the comfort of guests. Really recommended to all.

Me and my 2 dogs stayed in the Niesen cabin, it was cosy and has everything you need to spend a few days in the nature. The kitchen has an electric stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a sink and a little fridge with a freezer drawer. Dish soap, dish brush, cloths and gargage bags were provided. I found the bed comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair drier were provided too.

Great Location, calm area, 2 mins distance to bus stand, grocery store. View of the mountains from balcony was wonderful. To reach the place, most efficient way is to get the Bus No. 105 from Interlaken West station & drop at Matten b. I. Gsteigstrasse, it is a 1 min walk or you may take Bus No. 104 from Interlaken OST station & drop at Matten b. I., Mattenstrasse then 1 min walk (follow the google map). Very comfortable beds and maximum 6 people can accommodate comfortably. The only problem is that it have only 1 bathing area (with WC) & 1 separate WC which is a bit issue (those who preferred bathing in the morning). However all other amenities are exceptionally good. You get a full fledged kitchen. Our stay was WONDERFUL!!!

Property accessible by public transport. Richard and his team very friendly and professional in dealing with enquiries. The location was perfect, overlooking the lake . Good breakfast and bed was comfortable.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location on the lake. Expensive but it is Switzerland and nothing is cheap. Lake view room with terrace was just great. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. No dining option in the evening and town of Ringgenberg was quiet with a couple of places to eat. Hotel provided travel pass for train/bus into Interlaken which took a few minutes. Interlaken really nice with loads of eating options.

Breakfast was superb, especially when taken by the lakeside. Ideal location for getting onto the boat around the lake. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.

The host was very friendly and we were treated like very special guests. The house was very clean and well equipped with all the kitchen appliances, utensils and even basic cooking essential spices and oils. The view from the house was stunning with the beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. The location is convenient with a direct bus every 30 min (5 bus stops ride) to interlaken ost train station. The only slight difficulty was the uphill to the house which is unavoidable if you prefer to have a house with beautiful views.

The serenity and beauty of the location are truly unparalleled. A delicious breakfast with a variety of fresh, local options awaited me each morning. From Swiss cheeses to freshly baked pastries and a selection of teas and coffees, it was the perfect way to start the day. The rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home.
