The location is great, just need a bit time to find the place for the first time. There are few shopping mall nearby within walking distance 5 minutes. The building out looking is a bit old, but the inside is great and Morden. It is actually a local residential building, therefore do not expect for a reception.

We have chosen this hotel for a week stay in Shanghai, 2 rooms. The location was perfect, quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, small fresh fruit store and in the same time walking distance to The Bund. The most important factor was English customer service. They were not only focused on hotel services but also helped us a lot with travellers challenges in China, which was far beyond their duties. Special appreciation to Jeroen from front desk. The rooms were comfy, modern style, very clean, including bathroom. Air-conditioning was easy to control, adjusted to our preferences. The breakfasts were variable, with selection of European and Asian options, great for a active sightseeing day. Our recommendation is to choose taxi services from airport to hotel for your comfort, it is offered in a good price

Despite the check-in time being late at night, they were kind and accommodating. Also, whenever I had an issue, they responded quickly and helped right away. The location was also close to the busy downtown area, and it felt safe.

Five-Star Experience with Exceptional Service Our stay exceeded all expectations, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. The customer support team was outstanding - highly responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our entire visit. The apartments themselves are excellent, offering significantly more space and amenities than traditional hotel rooms. Some need a bit of updating, but still beat a lot of 3-4 star hotels I stayed in in China or EU/US. The location is unbeatable, situated just a 5-minute walk from Nanjing Lu and the metro station, making exploration of the city effortless. While the entrance to the apartment complex may differ from Western standards, the entry is very easy once they show you and the security measures are exemplary. The property benefits from security personnel and its location on a bustling street adds an extra layer of safety and convenience. I highly recommend utilizing their airport pickup service. The value is excellent, particularly for groups or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage. This service sets the tone for the exceptional hospitality that defines the entire stay.

I will start off with my delightful experience with the host - Samuel. He was always there when we needed help, it is easy to communicate with him, and he also speaks English! The room itself - amazin view from the last floor, it was equipped with everything we needed for our 2-days stay. The metro is accessible from the building itself. There are also multiple food stores in the building, just before the metro. On the ground floor, we can reach a supermarket, just 1 min away
