The hotel's location is quite superb, nestled just beneath the Avatar mountains. The staff were jolly helpful – sorted our park entries and shuttle bookings without fuss. The pools are lovely for a refreshing dip, and breakfast offers a proper spread with local touches. Everything ran smoothly, must say. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

A truly excellent hotel offering all the essential amenities: spacious and luxurious rooms, a projector, breakfast, and laundry services. Its location is ideal: just steps from the entrance to Zhangjiajie National Park and set within a charming, cozy town. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. From day one, they were exceptionally helpful, explaining in detail all the activities in the Zhangjiajie area, creating a complete visit plan for us, and arranging tickets. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations: when we asked if they had a basketball for the nearby court, they didn’t, so they went out and bought one within minutes. Later, when we lost an item in a Didi, they immediately contacted the driver and arranged its return, sparing us significant trouble and expecting nothing in return.

It was spacious and well accommodated. The view from the hotel was stunning. Location is great, lot of restaurants and supermarket next to it. Tianmen cave was only a 10min walk to reach. The staff are so kind. Highly recommend it

This was a property that made me want to actively write a review. Our stay here was amazing! Perfect location, super close to the cable car for Tianmen mountain and close to bus for the zhangjiajie park. Rainbow and her family seem to run this hotel and they do it so well. They were ever so kind to even make a full plan for us when we requested and it worked out perfectly. The price was great and room was super clean and well lit. Good bathroom and absolutely no complaints at all. I could not recommend this place more. 10/10.

This friendly and nice little hotel is just in walking distance to the national park entrance. The manager Anthony was very friendly and helpful, he speaks very good English and helps to organize your stay and visits of the national park, the “gate to heaven” and the canyon. He also offers pick-up and transfer, e.g. from to train station etc. Rooms are nice. Another highlight is, of course, the cute and child-friendly dog Popeye. Strong recommendation and thank you Anthony!

Jenny was extremely helpful in giving suggestions about the Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie area. Helped is purchase the tickets which were very easy to retrieve from the ticket office. She also helped us with getting to Wulingyuan via bus instead of taxi. It was easy to communicate with her and the room was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and internet fast.

My second visit and for sure not the last. Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, quite and amazing view, unique and large rooms . Highly recommend. The best in zhangjiajie. (bonus: if you like cute and friendly cats and dogs they are all around :).

The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.
