if you are working at the TUM, the location is ideal as you are right on the campus and directly by the underground station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room is very cosy, nicely decorated and definitely very, very quiet (I had no noise from doors slamming or neighboring rooms etc.). I really like that you have electric blinds that you can activate so you have proper darkness for sleeping. Nice, soft towels and shower gel etc. are provided.

The location is super practical with the U-Bahn station right next door and a small supermarket, pharmacy, butcher shop in the same building group. Restaurants really close by. Parking is available but only at night. Stayed a bit too long on our first day and got a 20€ fine...some parkings are more expensive so ok. The kitchen is well equipped and the salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for use were very welcome. Enough coffee and tea for a couple days. Was very clean.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in. Very nice big room with everything you need, very clean and cozy. The location is only 10 minutes walk from the subway. Good value for money. Friendly staff.
