Very good apartment for holidays with the whole family, small children. It has all the necessary equipment to cook, wash dishes, laundry, washer dryer. A small cot for babies. I stayed at the apartment with my daughter at Christmas time. We loved how nicely it was decorated and how cosy it was. Everything was brand new and seemed like not used yet. Kitchen equipment was modern and all you needed was there and even more: water heater, toaster, dish washer, fridge and freezer, oven, cooker and lots of kitchenware for making food. Also some essential things, like coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamico and sugar. I loved also, that the hosts did not have any big book on the table with huge amount of instructions. They apparently consider their guests to be intelligent people, who know how to use everything, or who can figure it out by themselves and that was really nice! (In most of other apartments in Estonia and elsewhere, especially in US, I have felt like a child or dumb person, as there have been instrustions of every little things, also warnings etc, which does not feel welcoming). The location of the building is just 2 minutes walk from the city square, surrounded with lots of nice restaurants and pubs. The sauna was small but nice, new and clean. It was also great, that there were toilets on both floors. Two bedrooms and the sauna were underground, but there were still small windows on the ground level. On the main floor there was 1 bedroom and livingroom with open kitchen. This beautiful apartment has lot of space!
