Lovely room with own entrance. Clean and cosy. Our room was adapted for disabled people, so our sink was low in our bathroom. But it’s great that they have adapted the entrance and bathroom to be wheelchair friendly. The menu for dining was not large, but the food is great! We stayed two nights and both nights we dined at the hotel. Various types of proper English breakfast were offered. Would have been nice to have a “buffet table” for cereals and yogurt though

Everything about our stay was perfect. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The lodge was so comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The decking area is amazing and you can sit out and chill and enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful countryside.

    Great layout, very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Location brilliant on a farm down a long track so view from house is horses, rabbits and pheasants. We were 4 adults attending a wedding at Hedringham Castle 5 minutes drive away and had plenty of space to get ready.
