Everything. This resort is special / unique and you have had to be there to know what I mean. 100m heated salt water pool on pillars over black sea, I have never seen this + amazing indoor aquarium + indoor slides + endless outdoor sport activities. Location very remote meaning exlusive - forest in the back, beach and black sea in front. Level of service and REAL Georgian hospitality from Staff was very nice to feel and experience. Please continue with this !!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is kept in impeccable cleanliness and order. The staff are very caring and welcoming. The room was both beautiful and comfortable, and the location is pleasantly away from noisy restaurants, while still being very close to the sea and plenty of restaurants.

My sister and I rented a studio for a month. Everything was consistent with the photos. The price is absolutely great for both the location and the conditions, which are really at a high level. In addition, the owner was so kind that he taped and covered the outdoor lamp (lantern) with something so that it would not shine in the window at night. Besides, due to the fact that after a month of stay we had a plan to go on a month-long trip to other regions of Georgia, the owner allowed us to leave all our things with him. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

The location is unbeatable, with the sea almost in the yard of the house, offering stunning views and easy beach access. The interior of the hotel is clean and beautifully decorated. The host was exceptionally attentive and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We likes it there a lot. House is very nice and rooms are spacious aand comfortable. Kitchen was big and well equiped. Location was perfect for us - it is really close to the beach (with magnetic sand), there were no crowds of tourists, the neigborhood is calm, so we had a really good stay.
