The location is perfect. It is easy to get your luggage to from the car park compared to a lot of the other properties on the hill. It’s brand new with a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail with all facilities you might need. It’s large with panoramic view of all the big mountains. It’s a brilliant place. Host family is fantastic, they are very responsive and helpful. We ordered as well the meals which are home cooked food by Maggie and we love it. The hut is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean with all we need. The panoramic view of Chaukhi Mt is unparalleled. Great location at entrance of the Juta village with just a very short hike up. We prefer this location than other popular choices which require guest to carry the baggage for 30mins steep uphill because of their location.

The apartment has an amazing view. The hosts are extremely nice and flexible. We were offered with dinner and breakfast, although it is not a standard service. Homemade wine was just amazing :) The apartment has a lot of privacy - of course this comes with costs - make sure you are in a good shape to reach the place and you have all products you need (e.g. food) - no shop, no restaurant and no ATM in Juta.

We’ve rarely stayed at a guest house with such genuinely warm and hospitable service. Natalie went *way* above and beyond to help us out when we left something behind. It was such a pleasure for our family to meet her. Juta is an unbelievably beautiful place, and we hope to be able to stop by MetiTsa again in the future.

Top location, easily reachable by car (we parked it exactly by the house) but also very quiet and with an amazing view of the mountains. As per the house itself — it is equipped with everything you might need, starting with kitchen utensils and to the insane number of big clean white towels. Even a washing machine was there, so we had a chance to wash everything after our hike. Juta — a village with great spots for hiking — is just 15 mins away by car following the same road. Stepantsminda — for restaurants, banks and other facilities — is also about the same time, going in an opposite direction. We fit in as a group of 6 with no problem. The host is very friendly and stays in touch at all time if something happens.
