We enjoyed staying at this property due to a number of reasons: - great location and nice view - new property, everything is done nicely - very welcoming owner (we think this man on reception was an owner, but maybe not) - great person who made sure our staying was great - amazing bathroom! The house was absolutely fantastic, brand new and the interiors ! In love! The view is absolutely breathtaking ! You see it from every place of the house even from the bed. The house has everything what's needed, me and my partner especially appreciated the washing machine and the detergent was there. We really enjoyed the stay. The host was extremely kind and always available for any extra stuff we asked (a vase for flowers, the heater), we were also let to check-in earlier, what was super kind , cause we were very tired from a late night flight. Giorgi (the host) also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants around and walks, even sent us all the google maps points. We spent a week in the house and the house was even cleaned one more time in the middle of our stay free of charge. The bed and pillows were fantastically comfortable too. The coach was extremely comfortable too , Netflix was working perfectly too. The coffee machine with coffee capsules and the tea available in a very large amount. The parking. The view. The hospitality. The calmness. We were thrilled! Already planning to come back in winter!

Extremely nice location. Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

amazing cottage with unbeatable view of majestic Mt.Kazbegi ! We were very lucky with sunny weather during our stay. I travelled a lot and I must say that this was one of the cleanest houses I have ever been to. Spotless! Design of both exterior and interior are really nice, and you have got everything you need. Place is so welcoming, and has warm atmosphere, immediate home feeling :) Hosts were super friendly and helpful , and did their best to accommodate us. We also used taxi service of the family of the host , exploring beautiful nature in the area. Shop and restaurants super close , few minutes walk. Amazing bathtub in the living room is one of the highlight. This place deserves 10/10

Our stay here was fantastic! The location is perfect, with breathtaking views of Kazbegi Mountain right from the property. Waking up to such beautiful scenery every day was truly special. The two hosts were so kind and helpful.They also gave us great tips for exploring the area and made us feel very welcome.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing views and wonderful hospitality. I hope to visit again someday!
