I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

We stayed at Tbilisee Hotel for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short walk to shops, cafes, and some of the city’s best restaurants and attractions. It made exploring Tbilisi incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff were a standout always polite, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast was another highlight, with a delicious selection of local dishes that gave us a real taste of Georgia. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great natural light and modern decor. The facilities were excellent, including a cozy lounge area and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend Tbilisee Hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. I’ve already told my friends and family, and I’d love to return on my next trip!
