From where to start... Welcoming was perfect with a bottle of wine. During the whole stay, you could contact them, and they would answer in a really short period of time. The view was simply amazing. The food was exceptional, with local stuff. They will also arrange hot springs for you if you like, they own a perfect restaurant with a perfect view, like 5 minutes from the glamping site, and will transport you if you want. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Me and my family came from England and Spain to do a road trip in Georgia and stayed in Tsogne's Kingdom for the amazing proximity to the stunning Vardzia Caves. Literally 5 minutes away and super easy access to them from the accommodation. Little we knew Tsogne's Kingdom was going to be as special! We loved the rooms, beautifully decorated and clean, all new and good qualities. The host, Tsogne's, speaks English and he and his family are so friendly and nice, talking to us, allowing us to take photos of the garden, flowers, tortoise and the salmon the fished and barbaqued!!!!! Both dinner and breakfast were included and they were just surreal! My family and I could not believe the feast we were having for so cheap compared to European prices. The food was also local and fresh. We had plenty of vegetables and meat, fish, salad, bread, pasta, eggs. Wow! I'm so impressed with this place and I so so highly recommend it!

The host was very helpful, even assisting with the marshrutka for the next morning, so we were able to continue our journey to Batumi successfully. We managed to rest well at the accommodation and woke up feeling refreshed. Although I’m not particularly a dog lover, even Bobby the dog melted my heart—we had a great time playing fetch. If you're looking for accommodation just 2 minutes from the cave city in Vardzia, you've found it!

We found this accommodation last minute, and was super happy about it! The owners are so nice, and accommodating. They can arrange with dinner and breakfast for you -- all the food is local and they even grow their own wine. Very good value for money. Vardzia is only a 10 minutes drive away, so it is easy to get there in the morning once it opens.

If you want to experience genuine Georgian hospitality, that's the place! There are only two rooms and this provides a very intimate experience. Host are super welcoming and great to talk to. Food and Georgi's wine among the best we had in Georgia (and we been in Georgia many times!). The place is outside of the crowded part of Vardzia and is extremely quiet. Rooms are very good and tastefully furnished. A highlight of our trip!

We spent two days at Tirebi farmhouse and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Giorgi, Marina and Sergo were very friendly and we had interesting conversations. Nice owner who likes chacha a lot 🙂 Very good location, 400 m from cave town Vardzia, Funny dog who wants to chase thrown pine-cones all the time . We asked for breakfast and the lady prepared it for us, it was really delicious

Beautiful site with lush gardens that all the rooms look out onto. The hosts were very welcoming and we had breakfast and dinner while we stayed which was delicious, the fish from the pond right outside. Our room had great wifi, aircon and bug screens on the window which was a lovley addition Perfect location for visiting Vardzia only a 20 min marshrutka down the road.

Perfect location right in front of the caves. We get the budget room that was very basic with comfortable beds and kettle and small private bathroom. There’s a good outdoor area to relax. Wi-Fi was ok. There is a very good (with good prices) restaurant in front of our hotel (vardzia restaurant).

The location of the Hotel is ideal. We could see the archeological site from our terasse! The hotel is very calm and clean. Ideal for a family or couple journey.
